How to Diagnose and Resolve

  1. 1 Check that all high-voltage connectors and covers are fully seated (relevant if recent service was performed)
  2. 2 Check that the frunk, trunk, and charge port door are fully closed
  3. 3 Perform a hard reboot: hold brake + both scroll wheels for 10 seconds
  4. 4 If the vehicle still will not power on, call Tesla Roadside Assistance
  5. 5 Do not attempt to open HV battery enclosures yourself โ€” HVIL circuits carry lethal voltage
