What You May Notice
- Vehicle will not power on
- No response when pressing brake to wake the car
- Tesla app shows the car as unreachable or offline
How to Diagnose and Resolve
- 1 Check that all high-voltage connectors and covers are fully seated (relevant if recent service was performed)
- 2 Check that the frunk, trunk, and charge port door are fully closed
- 3 Perform a hard reboot: hold brake + both scroll wheels for 10 seconds
- 4 If the vehicle still will not power on, call Tesla Roadside Assistance
- 5 Do not attempt to open HV battery enclosures yourself โ HVIL circuits carry lethal voltage
