How to Diagnose and Resolve
- 1 Reboot the vehicle: hold brake + both scroll wheels for 10 seconds
- 2 Wait 5 full minutes before attempting to power on again
- 3 Check that charge port is fully closed and no charger is connected
- 4 If still unresponsive, arrange flatbed tow to Tesla Service Center
- 5 Do not attempt to jump-start the HV battery โ this can cause serious injury
