How to Diagnose and Resolve

  1. 1 Reboot the vehicle: hold brake + both scroll wheels for 10 seconds
  2. 2 Wait 5 full minutes before attempting to power on again
  3. 3 Check that charge port is fully closed and no charger is connected
  4. 4 If still unresponsive, arrange flatbed tow to Tesla Service Center
  5. 5 Do not attempt to jump-start the HV battery โ€” this can cause serious injury
