How to Diagnose and Resolve

  1. 1 Pull over safely and stop driving
  2. 2 Allow the battery to cool by parking in a shaded or cool area with climate control running
  3. 3 Do not charge the vehicle until the alert clears
  4. 4 If the alert does not clear within 30โ€“60 minutes, contact Tesla Service
  5. 5 Technician will inspect coolant flow and battery temperature sensors
