How to Diagnose and Resolve
- 1 Stop charging immediately and disconnect the cable
- 2 Do not attempt to restart charging on the same session
- 3 Reboot the vehicle: hold brake + scroll wheels for 10 seconds
- 4 Monitor the vehicle โ if the alert clears, try charging again slowly (Level 2 AC only)
- 5 If the alert recurs, schedule Tesla Service โ a cell overvoltage requires battery inspection
