How to Diagnose and Resolve

  1. 1 Check that all doors, frunk, trunk, and charge port are fully closed
  2. 2 If recent service was performed, verify all HV connectors are re-seated
  3. 3 Try a reboot: hold brake + scroll wheels for 10 seconds
  4. 4 If alert persists, do not drive and call Tesla Service
  5. 5 Technician will trace the HVIL loop to find the open circuit
