Tesla unknown code in the Drive Inverter (DI) module. The drive inverter has prevented the shifting between gear selections based on one of the following criteria not being met:If the vehicle is shifting from Drive to Reverse or Reverse to Drive, the vehicle's speed must be lower than 5mph. If the vehicle is shifting from Drive or Reverse or Neutral to Park, the vehicle's speed must be lower than 1.4mph in any direction. If the vehicle is shifting from Park or Neutral to Drive or Reverse, the vehicle has been in P or N for more than 1 second, and the vehicle's speed is less than 5mph, the accelerator must be engaged at less than 5% torque.
