What does VCFRONT-A207 mean?

Tesla alert code in the Vehicle Controller Front (VCFRONT) module. The front vehicle controller has detected a problem with the 12V battery circuit. The power conversion system is limited and cannot support the 12V battery at the desired voltage When the DCDC is limited, the current on the PCS eFuse and IBS current combined are greater than the max output DCDC current allowed. Loads have reduced below the DCDC's output capability. Many vehicle functions will no longer work, audio will be down, the blower fan will only blow up to 60%, the 12V power socket won't work, the defrosters and seat heaters wont work. The homelink module is failing to communicate. Homelink features will not function.

The front vehicle controller has detected a problem with the 12V battery circuit.
